Long out of print, this was one of the most popular and influential albums we put out in the 00s. A true originator of noise-techno. We tracked down 14 pristine copies of this 12" from a now defunct mailorder. As far as we know, these are the last 14 copies available anywhere. A holy grail for deep Deathbomb collectors, don't sleep!
Covers are hand silk-screened!!!!
Before it was common to hear harsh noise and techno worlds merging, Davey Harms was locked away in his room in a Philadelphia squat figuring out how to make some of the most insane, 80's retro sci-fi dystopian music you'll ever hear. Soaring, broken, sour, and always pounding out rhythms that keep your body half way between boogie and moshing; Mincemeat Or Tenspeed was harm's first foray into this new strange world. No laptops. No sequencers. No drummachines. Just feedback loops run through the right set up of effects pedals and mixers to simulate beats. Truly, Harms is a godfather of noise techno.
